We are hiring Customer Service call center agents to start on Monday, September 11.
Paid Training is available.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10am to 6:
30 PM.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
$16.
50/hour.
This is a 40 hour work week in the office.
Hybrid work from home schedule is available after 6 months.
All inbound calls, no sales or quotas.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Agents must have a friendly demeanor, and provide outstanding, responsive, accurate customer service.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning new computer systems and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
