Capital District OTB is looking for a Branch Manager with cash handling and customer service experience to join our team.
The Branch Manager's responsibilities include assisting customers with placing wagers on horse racing from around the globe.
The Branch Manager will provide a positive experience with friendly and courteous service while providing racing entertainment to our customers.
This position is a full-time position that includes working weekends.

Pay Rate:
$33,300 -$35,000 per year.
Schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday, 11:
00am - 7:
00pm - (subject to change)
Responsibilities:
Sell or cash tickets in accordance with policies and procedures.
Maintain and balance the cash drawer.
Perform daily reconciliations of branch activity.
Administer bank deposits and oversee the security of the branch facility.
Educate customers on how to wager at self-service terminals.
General oversight of the branch facility including the overall cleanliness branch facility.
Maintain the operations of the branch while following all rules and regulations.
Providing outstanding customer service and entertainment to our patrons Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have valid driver's license.
Experience handling cash and cash register transactions with the ability to make change.
Skills & Abilities:
Friendly, positive attitude and solid work ethic Eager to learn and able to take direction well.
Excellent customer service abilities Attention to detail.
