Your Impact
Job Description:
Provide assistance to New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Project Manager as directed Assist Senior Project Manager and Senior Superintendents with their duties as necessary.
Assist with monitoring progress on contractor submittals, Requests for Information, Information Bulletins, Change/Field Orders.
Assist with monitoring progress and processing reports and required OGS documentation.
Coordinate monthly scheduling meetings.
Assist project Teams with multiple projects as requested.
Provide support to other staff on processes and requirements, monitor contract compliance, participate in the development of contracts.
Provide afterhours coverage for emergency coordination as needed.
Travel throughout the region may be required, vehicle will be necessary with valid driver's license.
Who You AreMinimum Requirements:
High School Diploma Minimum of 7 years experience on smaller projects valued above $1M Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license - Occasional travel within the region may be required.
Proven ability to adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

Expected Salary:
$49,200 - $92,100WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
