edu/en-us/job/494260/executive-assistant Job Summary Under limited supervision, the Executive Assistant manages and oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative support activities of the Office of the Vice President for Student Life.
Manages the daily operation of the Division of Student Life to advance Clustered Learning, Advocacy and Support for Students (CLASS) by providing support to the Vice President for Student Life.
Serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies, assists and represents the Vice President for Student Life in communicating with constituents, and handles multiple issues and concerns addressed to the Vice President, as they arise.
The Executive Assistant manages a variety of special projects for the Vice President.
Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business Administration Five years of experience, including two years experience in providing executive support experience for President, Vice President or Executive Director level.
Two additional years of directly related training and experience may be substituted for degree.
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite skill set including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential and diplomatic manner Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to adapt to change quickly Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a wide range of diverse internal and external constituencies Shift Business Hours:
Monday - Friday Starting Salary/Rate Expected hiring range:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
