As the Weekend Case Manager, you would be responsible for:
Reviews all intake information for new referrals Perform housing office intake assessments of each new tenant Organize and facilitate support groups and social and recreational activities Attends meetings and advocate on behalf of the clients and the program Conduct case conferences with other case managers Weekend Case Manager Minimum Salary:

Qualifications:
