We have been in business of caring for our community for 45 years! We are looking for someone who can learn a the operations of the company and provide support the the current office staff! Answering phones, support for the other team members, filing, inventory, data entry, on boarding new hires and front of office tasks will be the primary duties of this position.
We would like someone who is willing to learn some HR, and scheduling.
We would like for the right candidate to be able to see a project through from start to finish.
The right candidate will be flexible and willing to learn the operations of the company, though have basic understanding of office management.
Experience working the health care field is preferred.
Excellent organization is a must in order to be successful in this position.
We expect anybody applying to be able to independently manage their own time.
Support will always be offered but we would like someone who is self motivated.
Because we are such a small team you will be expected to work closely with co-workers, remotely with field staff and independently on day to day projects.
Versatility is a must! We are excited to see where this position can go! Our office is open between 8am and 4:
30pm Monday through Friday, and those are the times that your regular work days would fall into.
Benefits are offered including paid time off and holidays, 401k with a company match but at this time we are unable to offer health insurance.
