Newsroom Social Media and Web Editor -- Columbia-Greene Media, comprised of two daily and five weekly publications based in Columbia and Greene counties in New York, is seeking a newsroom social media and web editor.
Ideal candidate is excellent copy editor and writer obsessed with social media who can grow our presence across all social media platforms.
Responsibilities include editing breaking news, posting content on our website, and working with editors and reporters on digital storytelling and videos.
Some reporting may be included as well.
Position will also serve as backup to our managing editors.
Two years professional experience, solid writing and editing skills, and experience with pagination, photography and videography required.
